We are proudly based in Winmalee, NSW. Our standard service radius seamlessly covers the Lower & Upper Blue Mountains (including Springwood, Faulconbridge, Blaxland, Leura, and Katoomba) as well as the Penrith/Nepean Valley hubs (including Emu Plains, Cranebrook, and Glenmore Park). Travel outside these zones can easily be arranged for a separate delivery fee!

Yes, we love outdoor celebrations! However, because mountain and valley breezes can be unpredictable, safety is our top priority. All our structural hoop, arch, and backdrop frames are anchored down with base weights. Outdoor setups are always subject to safe weather conditions on the day.

For a standalone backdrop package, we generally require 60 to 90 minutes on-site depending on the complexity of the design. For full event styling, we require a minimum 2 to 3-hour access window before your guests arrive. Pack downs are usually coordinated for the following morning, unless your venue strictly requires a same-night midnight collection (available for a small after-hours fee).

To ensure our inventory maintains a premium standard, our hoops, arches, backdrop frames, and acrylic welcome signs are only available as part of our styled packages. We handle the delivery, professional assembly, and collection for every single booking!
